Historical Woods of America was able to obtain these "Witness Trees" and has provided parts of them to various woodworkers. After signing an agreement that put guidelines and restrictions on our use of the wood, Pens by Norman was able to obtain wood blanks from these trees for making very special pens. The pen pictures show the plating used and samples of the wood. Due to the nature of wood, the pens we provide can vary in color and grain. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed. While I do have more wooden pen blanks than are shown for each pen category, my supply is not large.
Each pen comes with a Certificate of Authenticity that is presented in a black leather binder. Supporting brochures or articles are included to provide additional information about the pens and their components.
By special request, I can make a pen for you as a rollerball instead of a fountain pen.
Click on each sub-category for information about that particular line of pens. Click also on each pen's picture for details and additional pictures of that pen.
If you want to arrange to see any of these pens but cannot visit the Pens by Norman booth, contact Norman at 360-834-4080 or norman@familystoriesblog.com. These pens are so special that I expect them to become family heirlooms for the people who buy them.
