We ship by USPS and only within the United States.  Our flat rate is based on the price of the product(s) ordered:

     $4.99 for orders under $50.00

     $3.99 for orders between $50.00 and less than $100.00

     Shipping is FREE for orders of at least $100.00.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with a pen, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Refunds generally are made through PayPal. There might be situations where the refund is made by check.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
